[cobirds] Palm Warblers, Union Res. (in fee area) Weld County 9/25

While working at Union Res. today I saw one Palm Warbler and heard another in the trees between the entrance station and the south end of the reservoir among droves of Yellow-rumped Warblers of both ssp. As Steve Mlodinow pointed out the water bird variety is good right now and could be worth checking frequently for new arrivals.

The entrance ($8.00/car) is accessed off Weld County Road 26 east of the County Line Road. Of course most of the water birds can be seen outside of the fee area from the county roads, especially 28.
