[cobirds] Mourning Warbler (Larimer, Loveland)

This morning Cole and I went out to Big Thompson River and Wilson (bike trail) to look for Rachel's Yellow-throated Warbler, we had no luck. We did see a warbler with a yellow throat though and it was a first year Mourning Warbler. At first we thought we had a MacGillivray's. After getting better looks in different lighting we realized it was a Mourning Warbler with its yellow throat and thin broken eye ring. There was also two Rose-breasted Grosbeaks in the area. The warbler was across the foot bridge east of the bike trail towards the pond.
