[cobirds] Annual Mini-Yard Fallout/Weld


Hi all

It seems there's one day in May where I have a mini-migration fallout. Seems today is the day.
  • Bullock's Oriole - 4 (all males)
  • Clay-colored Sparrow
  • Killdeer - 2
  • Yellow Warbler
  • Yellow-rumped Warbler
  • Lark Sparrow - 2
  • Chipping Sparrow - 17
  • White-crowned Sparrow - 2
  • Pine Siskin - 3
  • Western Kingbird - 2
  • Borwn-headed Cowbird - 2
  • Lark Bunting
Daily regulars appearing this morning:
  • House Sparrow
  • House Finch
  • Eurasian-collared Dove
  • Mourning Dove
  • Western Meadowlark
  • Common Grackle
  • American Goldfinch
  • American Robin

Last year's mini-fallout highlights were 7 Bullock's Oriole and 3 Lazuli Bunting at same time.
