Can anyone fill me in on why this Cooper's Hawk at Golden Ponds is wearing a wire? I only noticed it while post-processing my photos, but it looks exactly like the antennas seen on the trained birds that perform in the Raptor Free Flight show at the AZ Sonoran Desert Museum. Thanks, Stan
