BBL, not BBS

Did not have a scope to properly confirm, but it looked like there was an ID collared Canada goose at the Cottonwood Marsh at Walden this morning. The color was unusual, like a metallic pale teal/blue, and I didn't get a great look at it. If anyone here has seen this bird I'd be curious to know if it's an actual BBS collar or just a piece of trash the bird got tangled up in. Checked eBird lists and didn't see anyone making a note of it.

Thanks!
