[cobirds] Eagles and Geese

I went to Timnath Reservoir this noon to check on the goose flock
that has been continuing. The contingent of geese (8000-12000)
included 3 Snow geese (all blue phase), 2 Greater White Fronted
Geese, and 2 Ross Geese. Attending the flock were 13 Bald Eagles.
In addition there were thousands of Mallards that included a
sprinkling of Northern Pintails and Common Goldeneyes along
with a few Common Mergansers.

Timnath Reservoir is located northeast of Timnath, Colorado, off
of Larimer County Road 40 (Buss Grove Road).
