Bob Shade posted that a for sale sign was in front of Fawn Brook Inn. I was there yesterday and was wondering about the same thing. Apparently, it is going for 'only' $400,000. But with all middle or upper class birders in out state, of thousands of us birders chipped in and we devised a way to raise this, would that really be out of our reach. I'm not advertising this, but it would be great for birders and birds in Colorado. I myself would buy it if I am as successful as I hope to be in fifteen years.
