It looks like a hybrid Lazuli x Indigo Bunting to me. Blue Grosbeak has a larger bill that falls more in line with the forehead profile, a peaked crown, blue on the undertail coverts, and has more pronounced black at the front of the face. There would be other features if we could see the wings in the photos.

Some thoughts: Indigo Bunting or Lazuli-Indigo Bunting hybrid.
