This afternoon between 1:00 and 1:30 I saw and photographed (poor quality, but sufficient to confirm)
a Yellow-throated Vireo along the Poudre River Trail near the parking lot at the southern end of
Riverbend Ponds Natural Area in Fort Collins. I saw the bird briefly then took a couple of quick
photos from a fair distance, and then it flew off and I could not locate it again, but I was only there about 20 minutes
total; and I never heard it. The photos are blurry, but show the yellow and white body, the brighter yellow around the eye,
the white wing bars, and the larger bill of a vireo. The photos can be seen here:
There were also several Wilson's Warblers.
