[cobirds] Wood Thrush, again, CBR El Paso Co, Friday

Hi Cobirders,

Full report to follow.

As I said yesterday, Wood Thrush is becoming almost COMMON at Chico Basin Ranch. Today, again just after dawn, we netted a new WOTH, and a second one veered off from the net at high speed. I don't know if the second one was banded or not, but there were at least two WOTH at the ranch this morning.

That makes SIX banded in 12 months at CBR.

Other than those - it was again REAL SLOW. Maybe 10 banded. A couple of new juncos, an FOS Townsend's Solitaire, an FOS Rock Wren, and a few Wilson's Warblers.

Banding tomorrow again, not Sunday. Hoping for a weather change!!!
