[cobirds] Bird Conservancy of the Rockies Banding Report - Grand Valley Audubon Society, 10/2/19

Today was a little slow but still full of White-crowned Sparrows, with 12 birds and one recapture (10 of which were sparrows).  We did still get one new species for the season, a Virginia's Warbler.

Virginia's Warbler 1 (FOS)
Ruby-crowned Kinglet 1
Orange-crowned Warbler 1
White-crowned Sparrow (Mountain) 4
White-crowned Sparrow (Gambel's) 5

We are open to the public every day starting at around 7:30 - be sure to arrive early if you want to see birds! We have been closing at 11:30ish due to winds.  School groups tend to arrive between 9:30 and 10:00.
