[cobirds] American Dipper in Adams Co. this afternoon

I relocated an American Dipper in Clear Creek at Lowell Blvd. (Adams Co.)today at 2:30 pm. It was downstream, east, of Lowell. I watched from the bike path that goes under the bridge.
