[cobirds] Pineridge Natural Area

We had another great week, starting off strong with 62 birds and a couple school groups to watch the action. Wing traffic slowed down slightly the following days, but there were many opportunities to show visitors the banding process and the great diversity that is in this natural area. We had our first Warbling Vireos, a few more Lazuli Buntings, and some new stars, such as a Veery, American Redstart, and Black-throated Green Warbler. There has been an increase in resident birds that breed in the area like the Western Tanager, Bullock's Oriole, and Swainson's Thrush. With 3 days left, there may be some last minute migrants that stop over. Here is the updated capture list with new species indicated by a *.
