[cobirds] Bird Conservancy of the Rockies - Chatfield Banding Report, 5/25/24

Unseasonably cool (but sunny) weather for our last weekend of banding.  A nice mix of relatively common species for our visitors.  Here are the 23 new today (there were also 12 birds previously caught this season that were recaught):

Black-capped Chickadee 1

Swainson's Thrush 2

Gray Catbird 5

Yellow Warbler 5 new, 1 banded 2021

Yellow-breasted Chat 2 new, 2 banded 2023

Lincoln's Sparrow 1

White-crowned Sparrow, Mountain 1 (seems very late!)

Red-winged Blackbird 1

Bullock's Oriole 1, banded 2023

American Goldfinch 1
