[cobirds] Common Poorwill - Cheesman Park (Denver)

While walking my dog with my wife this morning, we came upon a pale gray poorwill roosting under a conifer on the east half of the park. From a distance, it appeared to be just some exposed tree root and we passed fairly close (with 3-4 feet) before realizing the lump, which did not flush, was a bird.
