[cobirds] Surf Scoter, Fossil Creek Reservoir, Larimer County

Hello Everyone,

I recieved word regarding an adult male Surf Scoter that was being seen roughly 30 minutes ago at the east end of Fossil Creek Reservoir in Fort Collins, CO. Being a decently sized reservoir, my personal suggestion would be to bring a scope.
