[cobirds] Re: Hummer, Arapahoe County

An apparent Broad-tailed Hummingbird -- in roughly the same molt as the one Deborah has reported -- is visiting agastache plants in my yard today. A lot are still blooming, owing to relatively late frost this autumn.

I had the same hummer back again yesterday. Here's a couple more pictures. Everyone agreed it was a broad tail. I thought I'd go ahead and post a couple more pictures. One of them is with his wings up and you can see some a dark band at edge of the flank at the bottom and I haven't seen that before.
