Hi COBirders,
Banding report for CSR, Monday 4/28. Despite the forecasts it was a delightful morning with light S winds near Fountain, rather than the gale from the N in Colo Spgs at dawn. Wind didn't hit in force until about 1045 a.m. About 25 birds caught today.
Orange-crowned Warbler, adult m, 2
Wilson's Warbler (FOS) adult m, 2
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, 2 (FOS) adult f, adult m
White-breasted Nuthatch,
Lincoln's Sparrow 2
Am Robin
White-crowned Sparrow 14, mixed juv and adults
Spotted Towhee adult m
Spring!!!
