[cobirds] RMBO--GJ Banding Wrap-Up

Banding is officially over in Grand Junction.  We caught a few very nice species and large numbers of other species.  There were a total of 270 individuals from 16 species.  Below is the tally, with White-crowned Sparrows divided by subspecies.

White-crowned Sparrow (Gambel's): 101

American Robin: 38

Bushtit: 28

White-crowned Sparrow (Mountain): 26

Ruby-crowned Kinglet: 15

White-crowned Sparrow (Unknown Subspecies): 12

Wilson's Warbler: 12

Spotted Towhee: 9

Black-capped Chickadee: 5

Dark-eyed Junco (Oregon): 5

Orange-crowned Warbler: 5

Song Sparrow: 6

Bewick's Wren: 3

American Redstart: 1

Brown Creeper: 1

Hermit Thrush: 1

House Finch: 1

White-throated Sparrow: 1
