Along with the usual suspects at the feeding station at the arsenal (juncos, finches, house sparrow, American tree sparrows, white crown sparrows) there were at least two first year Harris's sparrows. I assumed it was the same bird, but when looking at the photos I took it seems to confirm at least two different individuals, as the chest markings are very different, but I never saw more than one at a time.
