Scouted only portion of the route planned for the upcoming Pawnee field trip at end of month (below). Total of 65 species seen, highlights:
- Northern Mockingbird-Yard
- Red-breasted Nuthatch, Wilson's (3+) and Townsend's Warbler (6+)-Lone Tree Creek crossing at Weld CR 110
- Lazuli Bunting-Lone Tree Creek crossing at Weld CR 108
- Sage Thrasher (3)-Weld CR 102/37
- Chestnut-collared Longspur (4+)-Weld Cr 45 btw 112/114
- McCown's Longspur (13+)-Weld CR 45 and 49 btw 114/122
- Franklin's Gull (multiple hundreds+)-Weld CR 61/74 ponds
- Marbled Godwit-Weld CR 61/74 ponds
