[cobirds] Loggerhead shrike, Erie

CObirders,
I saw the first Loggerhead shrike early yesterday afternoon that I've seen in Boulder County in a long time. It was hunting in a large prairie dog town on County Open Space just south of Hwy 7 and east of north 120th Ave. You can access the area by parking in a small parking lot off of Flagg Drive.

There was a surprising number of other species there including singing Blue grosbeaks, Lark sparrows, and multiple Western kingbirds and Say's phoebes.

Sorry for the late posting!
