After I posted this I noticed the thin white line on tail feathers which I think would make this a Western. Several sharp eyed folks have commented on this as well.

I saw this Kingbird next to the El Paso county maintenance yard in Peyton and at first I thought it was just a Western kingbird (yawn) but that it looked a little different.
