Birders,
I found this juvenile Ruddy Turnstone today on the north shore of John Martin Reservoir midway between the dam and the west end of the lake. Look for the excavated channel separating what would be an island in higher water conditions. The bird was on the southeast end of the point, very close to where there should be lots of loafing American White Pelicans.
