From the Boulder Bird Club newsletter:
"In case you're wondering, there will be no
Gullapalooza this year. Xcel Energy Plant
wanted to place a series of new restrictions on
the activity (everyone must arrive and leave at
the same time and stay together throughout the
whole day). So our longtime leader declined
managing that birding tour this year."
That doesn't seem to preclude field trips - maybe something a little less "palooza". Occasionally Boulder County Audubon has a trip in there.
