[cobirds] CBC tech problems

For CBC compilers--once you click on the "Count Completed" icon, you can no longer make changes & corrections to your Count. I had to contact Audubon's tech administrator at cbcadmin@audubon.org to unblock my CBCs to make corrections. It's unfortunate that the website does not allow compilers a short grace period to make the changes themselves. Every year Audubon is infected with an uncurable fetish for tweeking the website and wasting compiler's time with a new set of tech problems.
