[cobirds] Mottled Duck, Kiowa County

We saw the female Mottled Duck around 3:30 this afternoon at Neegronde Reservoir.
It was north of the boat launch at the end of CR C, a good distance from the boat launch, in the "bay" in the north part of the reservoir.
