This morning , I was disappointed I couldn't chase after the Worm-eating Warbler because of a dental appointment. I finally made it to the Smoky Hill Picnic Area with low expectations after hearing the bird was moving north last seen at the pond to the north. When I arrived, several birders had seen the birds with great views a couple of minutes before my arrival. Twenty minutes later I was enjoying this great bird around 115pm in a small deciduous tree. He then flew in a dense pine were he spent a good half hour before disappearing. Photos of this bird can be seen below:
