Birders,
This morning I went to Red Rocks to try for the Fox Sparrow again. This time I had success. I got there at 8 am and the sparrow made his first appearance at 8:05. He showed up again a few minutes later and then put in a cameo when Dick Schottler arrived.
No Golden-crowned Sparrow.

Cassin's Finch (h) I just had 2 at home and heard them so I recognized the call.
