Should these observations be submitted to the Colorado Bird Records Committee? I can't find any mention of black phoebes summering or breeding in Hinsdale. This is close to areas of known occurrence in nearby Archuleta and La Plata. I'm guessing these river bridges are not checked very often, and I also know black phoebe is expanding quite a bit. 

Side note regarding an interesting interaction between the black phoebes and an American dipper there. A dipper flew up into the underside of the bridge several times. I couldn't see what it was doing. Could it have been nesting there, or I thought feeding on insects more likely? It was vigorously chased out by the phoebes each time.
