My husband and I camped in Picture Canyon over the weekend. Rose-breasted Grosbeak male, American Redstart male, Painted Bunting male and female. Not sure how much these birds range, but I saw a single female at our camp, the pair about 3/4 mile down the trail near the cliffs with the gated slot cave, and late that evening a pair came through our campsite. What an incredibly beautiful place!
