Kris Koff and I saw 8, Whimbrel, 6, Marbled Godwits, Willets, White-faced Ibis, American Avocets, Black-necked Stilts, Wilson's Phalaropes, and both Yellowlegs species, feeding in the wet grass area on county rd. 48, across from Lower Latham Reservoir [on the south side of the road]. I heard 2 , Long-billed Curlew call near this area. Lot's of courtship behavior was observed today.
