[cobirds] More Magpies.

If you need a Magpie adventure, Hwy 13 between Craig and Meeker will produce over 100, and from Meeker to Rifle we counted 57. There is not a lot of roadkill to be had this time of year there and most of the birds are picking up dead insects from the road.....that is, the ones that did not stick to the vehicles that hit them. We got home to Grand Junction to find 18 magpies attacking our one grape vine in the yard stripping it bare. We used to blame for Starlings for this annual occurrence.
