[cobirds] There is an eBird stakeout hotspot in Laramie, WY at the RED-FLANKED BLUETAIL site.

I hope lots of Colorado birders will find it and use that hotspot as the "Location" 

on their checklists, so the data will aggregate there instead of being scattered all 

over the Equality State. The hotspot will likely appear on the map tomorrow, Tuesday.
