Re: [cobirds] Winter range for Yellow-rumped Warblers

This is sort of query is a great one to put to the eBird data base. At eBird.org choose "Explore Data", then "Species Maps". Then enter the species name and the date span of interest. Then you can zoom in to the geographic area you want. Here is a link to eBird's map of data for Yellow-rumped Warbler from December to February:

  Responding to Christopher Brobin's query about the Colorado winter range of Yellow-rumped Warblers, they are regular winter residents, in small numbers, in Pueblo.  This has been true for at least a couple of decades here but I don't know how far back over-wintering YRWAs go in Colorado Springs.
