[cobirds] Caspian Tern -- Pueblo 4/17

I was at the Osprey Picnic Area, below Pueblo Reservoir dam this morning (Pueblo County), when I saw a Caspian Tern fly by.  Also, all six normal species of swallows were present along the Arkansas River, below Pueblo Reservoir dam as well.  I didn't see any low flying small swifts this morning, though it a good idea be watching for Vaux's Swifts in the next couple of weeks.  Last year's one was on 28 April.  It got pretty windy, so I decided to come home, though I may get out again later.  I saw over 50 species of birds while roaming around this morning in cool air.

Good birding,
