[cobirds] Brown Pelican still present at John Martin Reservoir

Birders,

The adult Brown Pelican persists in the stilling basin below the dam at
John Martin Reservoir (Bent County) as of 4/17. If present, it often
roosts on the lone emergent rock in the middle of the basin. It is easy
to see from the pullouts on the dam, but you can get much closer driving
past the campground from the north to the parking lot frequented by
fishermen just north of the Arkansas River.
