[cobirds] Golden-crowned Sparrow, Boulder County 10/30

Amazingly, the Golden-crowned Sparrow that Scott Severs found at the Teller Farms trailhead on Valmont Road in November 2010 has returned to the same location for a fifth winter!  We can only imagine where it goes during the summer.

Directions to the trailhead are at http://coloradocountybirding.org/BySite.aspx?SiteID=373&CountyID=7
This morning, the Golden-crowned Sparrow was moving around a lot with a flock of White-crowned Sparrows among weeds that are very tall this year.  So, a search of the junipers and tall weeds anywhere within about 100 yards of the trailhead might be necessary to find the bird.
