Chris Knight and I birded from Rocky Ford to Lamar area today. Here is what we saw. 115 species of birds. 7 species of warblers and 15 species of shorebirds.

Gadwall x Mallard hybrid - 1
Van's Grove:
Swainson's Thrush - 1
Virginia's Warbler - 1
Hasty Campground:
Lesser Goldfinch - 2
Melody Tempel Grove:
Black-chinned Hummingbird - 1
Eastern Phoebe - 2
Fairmount Cemetery in Lamar:
Red-bellied Woodpecker - 1
Lamar Community College grove:
Broad-winged Hawk - 2
Red-bellied Woodpecker - 1
Dusky Flycatcher - 1
Northern Waterthrush - 1
White-throated Sparrow - 1
Northern Cardinal - 2
