I didn't see the Hepatic Tanager when I birded in Lamar Woods this morning and 2 local birders I ran into who had started before did not report that bird either. Discussion was that few migrants there today with likelihood that many moved on last night as winds had diminished (overnight only as it winds went up to 45 mph gusts later this morning) for first time in days.
I did find a second Broad-winged Hawk, a juvenile, this morning at Fairmount Cemetery in Lamar, photos later. Only a few Yellow-rumps at this location but a wonderful flock of about a hundred Chipping Sparrows. Canon City
