Just found this article about the new concessionaire that will be managing a lot of properties for the USFS including CVCG. The name of the company is Vista Recreation. It does say something about honoring some passes but I am unclear about which ones. See the link below for the whole article.
Vista Recreation honors interagency senior and access passes for day-use sites and has agreed to continue to honor the interagency annual pass at Brainard Lake Recreation Area for 2024.
