[cobirds] Denver Field Ornithologists Website temporarily down

From DFO: Please accept our apologies and we ask for your patience as our website (DFOBirds.org) is currently offline. Our DFO website host is migrating to a new data center and has encountered delays in their schedule. This is affecting all of their clients, including DFO. They are working to resolve their issues and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
