I photographed 2 Eastern Phoebes at Florence River Park on August 21. One had a fairly strong yellowish wash across it's belly. Both sallied often after flying insects and when they returned to a perch would pump their tails downward in typical phoebe action. I have uploaded photos of them onto my Birds and Nature blog. There was also a migrating Western Tanager in the park as landbird migration trickles through the area.
