[cobirds] Who can help feed birds at Red Rocks Trading Post?

As many of you may know, Mike Henwood has moved to the West Slope, although he still has family here and will visit the metro area often.  Birders have stepped
up to fill the feeders behind the Red Rocks Trading Post, as Mike has diligently done for years. We
have birders who will take seed there every Tuesday, (Mark Chavez), and every Thursday and Saturday (Gwen Moore). Kudos! Their commitment has been great.  The forecast for Morrison and the Red Rocks area is for very cold weather, especially during the nights, for at least the next week,
so filling the feeders on the other four days of the week is reasonable.

If you are interested in helping keep the birds as stuffed as a Uncle "I think I'll have thirds" Bob on Turkey Day, please email me. We are looking for someone to take seed this Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, December 4,5, and 8. Rosy Finches, special sparrows and who knows what else may benefit for your care. Canyon Towhee, anyone?
If anyone wants to pick a day of the week and plan to go every week, that would be even better.

Thanks,
Joe Roller, Denver
