Hello Birders,
-- I have spotted a large flock of Bush tits (between 10 and 15) on my property at 4190 S Pontiac Street, I have spotted them 6 times in the past two weeks. They seem to pass through each day from south to north and spend a great deal of time in the conifers across the street. They usually remain in view for about 10 minutes,. They seem to be there at random time each day They are tough to see in the conifers, but their incessant calling will lead you to them if they are near. When they are moving from my property to the pine trees, they spend some time in plain view in an apple tree and some low shrubs I have along my house.
Good Birding to you all,
--
