Here's hoping everyone has had a pleasant Christmas Day.
Today Jim Thompson of La Junta sent me three spectacular photos of a dust storm near there he took on Tuesday. It's worth taking a look at them and imagining what effect such storms have on the local bird life. My wife looked east out the windows of our windows in Pueblo about the time Jim took his photos and we believe she saw the same dust clouds Jim photographed.
