[cobirds] teen birding camp scholarship - Summer 2014

Steve Jones (CFO's 2013 Ron Ryder Award Recipient) is looking for interested teen applicants for a paid ornithological study adventure to Hog Island Maine. 

Boulder County Audubon Society offers a full scholarship to a summer ornithology camp for Colorado students ages 15-17. The Audubon Camp includes field identification, bird song recognition, conservation practices, and participation in Audubon's seabird conservation field research.

Steve says that although preference would be given to students in Boulder County Audubon's service area, the scholarship is open to all Colorado teens. So far no one has applied and the deadline in January 15, 2014. Do you know a deserving teen birder in Colorado?
