Just read the Chico report….wow! We had 1 lone Chipping Sparrow and 32 other new for the day:

Black-capped Chickadee 1
House Wren 5 new, 1 return (banded 8/17/12)
Yellow Warbler 4
Townsend’s Warbler 1
Black and White Warbler 2 (Gorgeous young males, side by side in the net. These were the 2nd and 3rd this year, bringing our 27 year total to 17)
Common Yellowthroat 2
Wilson’s Warbler 13
Chipping Sparrow 1
Lincoln’s Sparrow 2
CLOSED tomorrow (Friday), then open Saturday and Sunday. CLOSED Monday, 9/9. After that, the next closed day is not until Friday 9/20.
