[cobirds] Lark Sparrow information?

Hi, group—

 

Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center has an adult Lark Sparrow (originally from the Greeley area) that is likely to be ready to release in the next day or two.  I’ve checked eBird for sightings in 6 Front Range counties and found a very small handful of reports of single birds in the past week.  (Many thanks to those folks who enter their sightings!)  I’ve checked several online resources (e.g., Birds of North America Online) and it seems that Lark Sparrows likely migrate in mixed flocks in the fall.  However none mention what other species these might be.  Does anyone know what other sparrow species Lark Sparrows might migrate with?  If we can’t find a clearly good spot for release within 10 miles of where this bird was found, we’d like to have other good options to petition Parks and Wildlife official for a waiver of that requirement.  Finding sightings of species that Lark Sparrows migrate with might be one such approach.
