ADAMS COUNTY:
--2 Nashville Warblers were reported by Breitsch at Barr Lake in brush along the canal between the banding station and the Pioneer Trail on September 16.
--A Nashville Warbler was banded by McBurnery at RMBO Barr Banding Station on September 18.

BENT COUNTY:
--A BLUE-HEADED VIREO, Black-and-white Warbler,  and Tennessee Warbler were reported by Dowell at Tempel Grove on September 15.
--At Tempel Grove on September 17, Leatherman reported Ovenbird and Eastern Phoebe.

CROWLEY COUNTY:
--A juv Sabine's Gull was reported by Kibbe at the cattle feedlot on CR G between two lakes on September 15.

EL PASO/PUEBLO COUNTIES:  Chico Basin Ranch is a fee area.
--An imm f PAINTED BUNTING was reported by Farese at Rose Pond on the Pueblo side of Chico Basin Ranch on September 15.  The bird was at the west end low in Russian Olives.
--Brown reported that a Great Crested Flycatcher was banded at Chico Basin Ranch on September 16.
--Brown reported that a Northern Waterthrush and Ovenbird were banded at Chico Basin Ranch on September 17.
--Gobris reported that a Northern Waterthrush was banded at Chico Basin Ranch on September 18.
--Brown reported that an Indigo Bunting and PHILADELPHIA VIREO were banded at Chico Basin Ranch on September 19.
--Brown reported that a Winter Wren was banded at Chico Basin Ranch on September 20.

KIT CARSON COUNTY:
--A juv YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHER was reported by Walbek at Flager SWA on September 15.

LA PLATA COUNTY:
--A Black Phoebe was reported by Morris at the Durango Fish Hatchery on September 14 and 15.
--An ad m Prothonotary Warbler was reported by Allerton at Pastorius Reservoir in Juniper near the restrooms on the east side on September 19.

LARIMER COUNTY:
--A PHILADELPHIA VIREO was reported by Biggerstaff at Cottonwood Glen Park W of Fort Collins on September 19.
--A juv m RUBY-THROATED HUMMINGBIRD was reported by Hopper coming to her feeder in her backyard at 1721 Cottonwood Pl Dr just N of Fort Collins on September 19.  Just go to the backyard and watch the only feeder.
No need to contact Rachel before visiting.  Hopper reported that the RUBY-THROATED HUMMINGBIRD returned on September 20.
--An ad Sabine's Gull was reported by Lefko at Timnath Reservoir on September 20.

OURAY COUNTY:
--A Nashville Warbler was banded by Rowse at Ridgway SP Banding Station on September 17.

PHILLIPS COUNTY:
--A WHIP-POOR-WILL was reported by Mlodinow at Frenchmans Creek SWA on September 18.  Park in lot on E side of road and walk east through first 1/2 miles of trees.
--A Great Crested Flycatcher was reported by Mlodinow at Frenchman Creek SWA on September 18.

PROWERS COUNTY:
--On September 15, Leatherman reported the following at LCCW:  BLUE-HEADED VIREO (north end), 2 Nashville Warblers, Tennessee Warbler, f Summer Tanager, 2 Northern Cardinals, and f RUBY-THROATED HUMMINGBIRD.
--On September 15 at LCCW Dowell reported:  4 Nashville Warblers, Tennessee Warbler, 2 Northern Waterthrush, 4 Northern Cardinals, 2 Great Crested Flycatchers, 2 Red-bellied Woodpeckers.
--On September 16 at LCCW Leatherman reported:  1 f CANADA WARBLER, 2+ BLUE-HEADED VIREOS, Northern Waterthrush, 1 f Black-throated Blue Warbler, 2+ Nashville Warblers, 2f Black-and-white Warblers, probable YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHER, and heard Northern Cardinal and Red-bellied Woodpecker.
--On September 17 at LCCW, Leatherman reported:  2 BLUE-HEADED VIREOS, 6 Nashville Warblers, 1 f Black-and-white Warbler, Tennessee Warbler, and heard Northern Cardinal and Red-bellied Woodpecker.

PUEBLO COUNTY:
--2 Black Phoebes were reported by Percival on the Rock Canyon Side of the river in Osprey Picnic Area at Pueblo Reservoir on September 16.
--An ad Sabine's Gull was reported by Pericval at Pueblo Reservoir on September 20.  He first saw it on N Picnic Road and later at the Sailboard Launching Area.
--2 Eastern Phoebes and with 2 hybrid Eastern X Black Phoebes were reported by Percival at the Osprey Picnic Area of Pueblo Reservoir on September 20.

WASHINGTON COUNTY:
--A Northern Waterthrush and Chestnut-sided Warbler were reported by Breitsch at Last Chance  and a Nashville Warbler was reported by Shaw at Last Chance on September 17.

YUMA COUNTY:
--At Stalker Lake on September 18, Mlodinow reported PHILADELPHIA VIREO and Tennessee Warbler below the dam.
--At Simmons SWA on September 18, Mlodinow reported Nashville Warbler and Red-bellied Woodpecker

DFO Field Trips:
The DFO Field Trip for Saturday, September 21 to Rocky Mountain Arsenal has been CANCELLED but there
is another one scheduled for October.  Contact Dave Rhoades (303-424-8633) to sign up for the October
Field Trip.

The DFO Field Trip for Saturday, September 21 to Barr Lake State Park will be led by Ira and Tammy Sanders (303-278-7172).  Meet at 0700 at the Stone House at the end of Lark Bunting Lane.  Bird until noon.  Lunch optional.  This will be easy walking on established trails.  State Parks Pass required.  

The DFO Field Trip for Sunday, September 22 to Lair o' the Bear has been CANCELLED.
